Ready to set up Candidate Profiles for your Candidately account? Just follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to Settings → Candidate Appearance
2. Duplicate your Default Appearance
3. Add the new fields Employment History, Education, Certificates, Languages, Professional Summary, Phone & Email to your candidate profile and form
4. Test your new appearance and get started

• Mobile List Search📱: Search functionality is now available on phones, making it easier to find candidates anytime, anywhere.
• Hide Search Bar 🔍: Choose the visibility of the search bar on shared lists. Admins can set this at the company level or users can toggle per list.
• Search Functionality Enhanced 🔍: Manually added skills on candidates are now searchable.
• Adding themes to Client Portal 🎨: For companies with multiple domains, you can now enhance your brand consistency on our client portals. Assign unique themes to each domain to maintain a cohesive brand identity. Access it from Settings → Client Portal ⚙️
• List Creation Form 🚀: When creating new lists we are now allowing users to set the list theme, appearance, and assigned colleagues before it is created.

1) You can now sync contact owners to Candidately. To trigger the sync, a user with the type "Owner" needs to navigate to the Bullhorn settings Settings → Bullhorn and initiate a "force sync". We suggest doing this outside of business hours to ensure your integrations continue running smoothly:

2) The auto-import feature now supports multiple Bullhorn statuses, enhancing your workflow. 📈

We have completed our candidate appearance settings that now give you the ability to customize the: Candidate cards (new), Candidate forms (new) and Candidate profiles.

Customizable Candidate Cards 🃏

Gain full control over what information appears on candidate cards. You can now add and re-position any default and custom fields.

⚙️ Admins and owners can customize cards via:
​Settings → Candidate Appearance with separate configurations for both desktop and mobile views.

Custom Candidate Forms 📝

Now you can customize the fields on your candidate forms. Tailor them with required or optional fields to collect all information prior your submission.

On marketing lists, you can now route inbound messages to contact owners instead of notifying every list assignee when a client reaches out. You can change this setting on each list under "List configuration".

Contact owners are now syncing from Bullhorn. See more details under "Bullhorn Updates 🐂" below.

You can find the new messenger in your side menu. It pulls all conversations with clients into one central view, allowing you to stay ahead of all client conversations by jumping between conversations across all lists and candidates.

The same view was also added for your clients in the portal to see conversations across all the candidates in all lists in one place.
