1) You can now sync contact owners to Candidately. To trigger the sync, a user with the type "Owner" needs to navigate to the Bullhorn settings Settings → Bullhorn and initiate a "force sync". We suggest doing this outside of business hours to ensure your integrations continue running smoothly:

Now you can customize the fields on your candidate forms. Tailor them with required or optional fields to collect all information prior your submission.

On marketing lists, you can now route inbound messages to contact owners instead of notifying every list assignee when a client reaches out. You can change this setting on each list under "List configuration".

Contact owners are now syncing from Bullhorn. See more details under "Bullhorn Updates 🐂" below.

You can find the new messenger in your side menu. It pulls all conversations with clients into one central view, allowing you to stay ahead of all client conversations by jumping between conversations across all lists and candidates.

The same view was also added for your clients in the portal to see conversations across all the candidates in all lists in one place.

Stay on top of things! Whenever a client attempts to access a list that's no longer active, all list assignees receive an email notification. This allows you to reach out to the client and check if they have any further requirements.
