We have added a new custom field option that you can add to your candidate's cards, the "File upload" field type. This new field will allow you to add files for anyone accessing your candidates to see.
Files like PDF, DOC etc. can also be previewed by your clients in the web browser without downloading them. So feel free to add skill certificates, test results, or any other relevant file that you can think of!
You can add new custom fields under Settings → Custom fields.
We added a new setting to better control the behavior of candidate names when adding them to a list. You can now choose between:
Improving your experience is always a priority for us, so we added a few new functions to the internal candidate view.
The new Activity tab shows you your client's activity filtered down to the specific candidate that you are currently viewing. So you can now switch between the CV/resume, Messages/Requests and Activity without leaving the candidate view.
Gone are the days of scrolling and rummaging through your list in order to find the candidate you were looking for. The searchbar at the top of your lists will now allow you to type the name of the candidate, and you'll simply need to click the result on the dropdown to go directly to them. Simple and effcient!
Previously the candidate lists would always show the list owner. Well, not anymore! You now have the option of selecting the "Company only" item from within your Appearance settings, making Candidately even more customizable, and allowing you to show your name and face only to those vendors that you really want to be able to see them.
Until now, if you wanted to brand your lists, you could only do so in a general way, modifying all of them at once. However, you can now go into each of the List configuration menus, and adjust the branding for each of them individually! So feel free to start sending personalized lists to vendors, building industry-specific branding for them, or using it in any way that you might come up with, the sky is the limit.
Until now, if clients wanted to get back to any list that has been shared with them previously, they needed to find the email on which a list was initially shared. With the new client portal, your clients can now switch between all active lists that have been sent to them. There is also a new section that shows all the messages that your clients have written across all lists in one place.
The idea of the portal is to have this added to your website. For example, you could add a button called "Client login" that opens your portal and shows your clients all the candidates that you shared with them.
To access your portal, you just need to open your custom URL which you have set up with us previously. If you are unsure what that is, just open any list and click on the "Share your list" button. Then copy the first part of the URL that is highlighted in the screenshot below:
When clients are not logged in, this URL will present them with a login screen. For logged-in clients, this will take them to an overview of all the lists that were shared with them. As before, inviting your client to a list will log them in automatically.
We are happy to jump on calls to give you a quick demo and discuss any use cases or questions you may have. Just send us an email to [email protected]
When adding a new candidate, we can now automatically determine the years of experience for the top candidate skills. You can also modify the experience per skill when editing your candidate.
For candidates that you sync from Bullhorn to Candidately, we now create notes in Bullhorn for all messages that you exchange with your clients. Notes reference the candidate as well as the job in Bullhorn so you can easily find them.
You can now change the job submission status of your candidates in Bullhorn automatically based on actions performed in Candidately. At the moment the following actions can trigger status changes:
Just head to your Bullhorn Integration settings and set your desired statuses.
