Being able to update a candidate's resume is a feature that many customers have asked for. Often, you need to replace old resumes with new ones and don't want to create a new candidate each time when you do this.
The new function "Replace Resumes" makes it easier for you to manage and update the resumes of your candidates. The resume of a candidate you wish to replace can now be substituted with an updated resume instantly without having to create a new candidate.
You can now add custom fields to your listed candidates, and those fields will be visible to your clients. This is the first version of this feature and it currently supports these type of fields:
You can now set a default currency in which your candidate's rate will be displayed on your Shared Lists.
In order to adjust the default currency, simply go to your company settings and select the one you need.
Anytime your clients view one of your candidates, you will see it live on your activity feed. Click on Activity on the top right corner of each list. Please note that we track activity from today, so you do not see past activity on already shared lists.
When your client clicks and views one of your lists, we will send you a notification email to keep you up to date
