We've added some other minor improvements as well:

  • ChatGPT now formats recruiter notes in bullet points for easier reading.
  • We've added a new setting option for how a candidate's name is displayed to clients: "Initials Only (e.g. T.S.)". This allows you to further anonymize candidates in lists if needed.
  • If clients move to another list or part of the client portal without reviewing all candidates on a list, a new pop-up reminder ensures no candidate is missed.

Ever felt the need to give your clients a gentle nudge about the candidates they haven't viewed yet? Say no more! πŸŽ‰ Introducing: Automatic Follow-Ups.

When you enable Automatic Follow-Ups, we will automatically send email reminders to clients who have not yet reviewed the candidates you’ve submitted. This ensures that no candidate gets left in limbo and encourages timely decision-making.

  1. Speed Up Decision-Making: Timely reminders ensure quicker reviews from clients.
  2. Reduce Time-to-Fill: Less waiting means faster placements, boosting your agency’s productivity.

You can customize the timing and frequency of these automatic follow-up emails:

  • on individual lists: List configuration β†’ Client notifications
  • on company-wide settings (available to Admins and Owners): Settings β†’ Client notifications
(Keep in mind, changes here will reflect only on new lists created thereafter).
