If you're on a Split-desk workflow, our new "AE Rejection Reason" feature lets you capture why an Account Executive rejected a candidate.

You can now update candidate statuses directly from your list — no need to open each profile. Simply hover over a candidate and use the handle on the right to drag them between stages. Managing your candidates has never been faster!

Ever felt the need to give your clients a gentle nudge about the candidates they haven't viewed yet? Say no more! 🎉 Introducing: Automatic Follow-Ups.

When you enable Automatic Follow-Ups, we will automatically send email reminders to clients who have not yet reviewed the candidates you’ve submitted. This ensures that no candidate gets left in limbo and encourages timely decision-making.

1. Speed Up Decision-Making: Timely reminders ensure quicker reviews from clients.
2. Reduce Time-to-Fill: Less waiting means faster placements, boosting your agency’s productivity.

You can customize the timing and frequency of these automatic follow-up emails:

• on individual lists: List configuration → Client notifications
• on company-wide settings (available to Admins and Owners): Settings → Client notifications
  (Keep in mind, changes here will reflect only on new lists created thereafter).

When your clients decline a candidate, you now have the option to make the Decline Reason required. If you do that, they will not be able to decline a candidate without providing a reason first.

Our latest feature uses ChatGPT to generate detailed candidate summaries, highlighting their skills and experiences relevant to the job they're being submitted to. All this magic is based on the job and candidate data from Bullhorn! 🕵️‍♀️

Plus, you can generate up to three unique AI responses to serve as drafts. Pick your favorite and feel free to add your personal touch or adjust as needed. This will help you get a head start in creating more compelling write-ups.

To use, simply click "add as recruiter note," and you're done. 🖱️

Now, sorting candidates on your job submission lists is as easy as a hover of the mouse. No more activating special modes! 🙌

Just hover over the candidate, and a handle will appear on the right side. Use this handle to organize them exactly how you want within a particular stage. 🖱️

And there's more on the horizon! Soon, we'll be introducing the ability to drag candidates across stages. Stay tuned!

We've sprinkled in some other minor improvements as well:

• When your client is about to decline a candidate, a friendly little message pops up saying, "Help us serve you better! Please consider including a decline reason so we can improve on our next submissions." Just a gentle nudge to remind them how their feedback helps you bring them even better candidates next time.
• Minor bug fixes and improvements for submission stages.

Remember the new field types - Single Select, Multiple Select, and Checkbox - we introduced last week? You can now map these directly to Bullhorn, giving you even more control over your data sync to Candidate.ly!

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the workflow for our clients operating in a split-desk setup, we've introduced a new candidate status: 'AE Rejected'. This status is designed to streamline the handoff of candidates marked as 'Ready' from the recruiter to the AE/BD.

We've made a couple of other smaller improvements and fixes:

• We've added an indication on the activity feed to highlight when changes have been made by the Bullhorn integration.
• We've fixed an issue that was affecting the display of the CV when resizing the web browser window.
