When you enable Automatic Follow-Ups, we will automatically send email reminders to clients who have not yet reviewed the candidates youβve submitted. This ensures that no candidate gets left in limbo and encourages timely decision-making.
You can customize the timing and frequency of these automatic follow-up emails:
When your clients decline a candidate, you now have the option to make the Decline Reason required. If you do that, they will not be able to decline a candidate without providing a reason first.

Our latest feature uses ChatGPT to generate detailed candidate summaries, highlighting their skills and experiences relevant to the job they're being submitted to. All this magic is based on the job and candidate data from Bullhorn! π΅οΈββοΈ
Plus, you can generate up to three unique AI responses to serve as drafts. Pick your favorite and feel free to add your personal touch or adjust as needed. This will help you get a head start in creating more compelling write-ups.
To use, simply click "add as recruiter note," and you're done. π±οΈ
Now, sorting candidates on your job submission lists is as easy as a hover of the mouse. No more activating special modes! π
Just hover over the candidate, and a handle will appear on the right side. Use this handle to organize them exactly how you want within a particular stage. π±οΈ

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the workflow for our clients operating in a split-desk setup, we've introduced a new candidate status: 'AE Rejected'. This status is designed to streamline the handoff of candidates marked as 'Ready' from the recruiter to the AE/BD.
We've made a couple of other smaller improvements and fixes:
Take control of how often your colleagues receive email notifications for when candidates are set to "Ready" with our new Split-Desk Notification Frequencies feature. Choose from instant notifications or grouped notifications in intervals of 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes.
Note: This feature is only accessible to Owner or Admin users. To access this new feature, simply navigate to "Settings" β "Shared Lists Configuration" β "General Settings" β "Candidate Settings" within the app.
