As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the workflow for our clients operating in a split-desk setup, we've introduced a new candidate status: 'AE Rejected'. This status is designed to streamline the handoff of candidates marked as 'Ready' from the recruiter to the AE/BD.
We've made a couple of other smaller improvements and fixes:
Take control of how often your colleagues receive email notifications for when candidates are set to "Ready" with our new Split-Desk Notification Frequencies feature. Choose from instant notifications or grouped notifications in intervals of 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes.
Note: This feature is only accessible to Owner or Admin users. To access this new feature, simply navigate to "Settings" → "Shared Lists Configuration" → "General Settings" → "Candidate Settings" within the app.

Elevate your submission process with the new Candidate Hiring Pipeline feature. This acts as a bridge between you and clients, efficiently tracking candidates from submission to placement. Both parties can update candidate stages, enhancing transparency in the process.
As an owner or an admin, you have the ability to set company-wide default stages. These can then be customized by any user for each new job submission list.
Clients will initially see candidates in the "To Review" stage. To keep everyone informed and up-to-date, we've introduced counters for each stage. These counters give an instant snapshot of all submitted candidates, providing clarity on the progress of each individual in the pipeline.
