We're excited to introduce some fantastic updates to our list-sharing feature that will help you create more personalized and visually appealing emails when sharing candidate lists with your clients.
Rich Text Editor: Choose between plain text and styled emails to create the perfect message for your clients. Our editor now supports both options, enabling you to customize emails to suit your needs.
The plain text email option offers improved deliverability, as its simplicity reduces the chances of being flagged as spam. This helps your messages reach your client's main inbox, ensuring clear and professional communication when sharing candidate lists.
Personalization Tokens: Deliver a tailored experience to your recipients by using personalization tokens. These tokens automatically replace placeholders with relevant information, such as the recipient's name or last name, when the email is sent.
Email Previewer: Check your message and ensure tokens are working correctly before sending it to clients using our new email previewer.
To help you get started with these new features, we've prepared a detailed help center article that provides a step-by-step guide on how to share a list, create personalized messages, and more. Click here to read the full article.
We're excited to introduce a new integration between Candidately and Bullhorn Automations! With this integration, you can trigger automations in Candidately by using a Webhook block in Bullhorn Automations.
For instance, you can set up an automation that automatically adds candidates to marketing lists as a step in a Bullhorn Automation. To learn more about using this new feature, please visit this article that explains it in detail.
Enjoy a more streamlined and efficient process for managing your candidates with Candidately and Bullhorn Automations.
This feature allows you to import candidate files from Bullhorn directly into Candidately. It lets you add files, such as certificates or licenses that you may already have stored in Bullhorn, directly to your candidates' profiles in Candidately by creating a custom file field.
We're excited to announce our new Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, which now allows you to log in to Candidately with your Bullhorn credentials. With SSO, you can access both systems with just one set of login credentials, saving you time and simplifying your workflow.
The first time you click on the Bullhorn SSO button, you will need to enter your Candidately credentials in order to connect both accounts. Once connected, you'll be able to seamlessly access Candidately with Bullhorn credentials.
We're excited to announce an enhancement to Candidately's activity feed, providing you with a more comprehensive overview of candidate-related activities. With this update, you can stay on top of more candidate-related events in one convenient location. These events include:
This improved activity feed offers enhanced visibility and transparency, making it easier for you to manage your candidates and share them with your clients.
The new Themes feature offers a variety of design options that you can store individually and reuse across your lists. With custom logos, brand names, header images, and multiple custom domains, it's easy to create visually appealing candidate lists tailored to your brands. You can get started by checking out your Appearance settings (which can only be accessed by Owner and Admin accounts).
Step 1 - Create a list: Log in to your Candidately account and create a list of candidates.
Step 2 - Share the list: Share the list with your clients by clicking the "Share" button and selecting the clients you would like to share the list with.
Step 3 - Subscribe clients: During the process of sharing the list and selecting the clients, you can subscribe individual people to automatic list updates. This makes it easy for your clients to stay informed and reduces the need for manual communication when you add or remove candidates.
Step 4 - Grouped Changes within 15 Minutes: After adding or removing a candidate from a list, Candidately schedules an email notification to be sent to your subscribed clients within 15 minutes. During this time, we continue to monitor the list for any further changes. If additional changes are made within the next 15 minutes, they will be included in the same email notification. The waiting period of 15 minutes allows us to group all changes together into one comprehensive update for your clients, rather than sending separate emails for each individual change. The email notification will be sent after 15 minutes have passed if no further changes occur during that time.
Plus, you can view all scheduled email notifications in the "Activity" tab, so you can keep track of which messages are currently scheduled and have been sent.
This week we are introducing improved list access restrictions that give you more control over who can access your lists and view candidates' CVs.
These are all the options that are now available:
For each of these options, you can select whether only email verification is needed for people to view candidates' CVs, or if each CV needs to be requested in order to be viewed.
We updated the side menu so you can sort and search all lists by name, client, or status.
Name: All lists are sorted alphabetically as in previous versions of Candidate.ly.
Client: You can see a list of all your clients that you have shared lists with.
Status: Here you can find sections for each list status (Active, Paused, Draft) and within them all lists are sorted alphabetically.
You can now archive lists instead of deleting them to keep a record of client communication. Once archived, lists can be found in a new menu that comes up when clicking on the "Archived lists" button. In this menu, you can find a search bar to look for lists and have the option to either permanently delete them or restore them at any time.
