The new Themes feature offers a variety of design options that you can store individually and reuse across your lists. With custom logos, brand names, header images, and multiple custom domains, it's easy to create visually appealing candidate lists tailored to your brands. You can get started by checking out your Appearance settings (which can only be accessed by Owner and Admin accounts).
Step 1 - Create a list: Log in to your Candidately account and create a list of candidates.
Step 2 - Share the list: Share the list with your clients by clicking the "Share" button and selecting the clients you would like to share the list with.
Step 3 - Subscribe clients: During the process of sharing the list and selecting the clients, you can subscribe individual people to automatic list updates. This makes it easy for your clients to stay informed and reduces the need for manual communication when you add or remove candidates.
Step 4 - Grouped Changes within 15 Minutes: After adding or removing a candidate from a list, Candidately schedules an email notification to be sent to your subscribed clients within 15 minutes. During this time, we continue to monitor the list for any further changes. If additional changes are made within the next 15 minutes, they will be included in the same email notification. The waiting period of 15 minutes allows us to group all changes together into one comprehensive update for your clients, rather than sending separate emails for each individual change. The email notification will be sent after 15 minutes have passed if no further changes occur during that time.
Plus, you can view all scheduled email notifications in the "Activity" tab, so you can keep track of which messages are currently scheduled and have been sent.
This week we are introducing improved list access restrictions that give you more control over who can access your lists and view candidates' CVs.
These are all the options that are now available:
For each of these options, you can select whether only email verification is needed for people to view candidates' CVs, or if each CV needs to be requested in order to be viewed.
We updated the side menu so you can sort and search all lists by name, client, or status.
Name: All lists are sorted alphabetically as in previous versions of Candidate.ly.
Client: You can see a list of all your clients that you have shared lists with.
Status: Here you can find sections for each list status (Active, Paused, Draft) and within them all lists are sorted alphabetically.
You can now archive lists instead of deleting them to keep a record of client communication. Once archived, lists can be found in a new menu that comes up when clicking on the "Archived lists" button. In this menu, you can find a search bar to look for lists and have the option to either permanently delete them or restore them at any time.
A new verification screen is now showing up when accessing a list through an invite.
This allows end clients to check if they are accessing a list through the correct invite or if it was meant for someone else (e.g. the invite email was forwarded). It also has the added benefit of preventing the invite from expiring in case a client's email server has any "link checking" virus scanner.
We've extended the field mapping capabilities of the Bullhorn integration by adding support for:
Fields of these types can now be mapped to to any custom field in Candidate.ly that matches the type.
This means that you can now map even more Bullhorn fields to Candidate.ly ones and have them be automatically filled in when syncing candidates to lists.
We have extended our Bullhorn field mapping so that you can now map the comment that you add to a job submission in Bullhorn to the recruiter note field in Candidately. That means, if recruiters add a note to a candidate when submitting them to a job in Bullhorn, this can now be made visible to your clients without any further manual effort.
You can now send emails to your customers via your own email address. This means that all emails that your clients receive will come from the email address that you use to log into your account, making Candidately an even more white-labeled solution for your customers.
Note: This feature requires a manual setup. Please send us a message if you would like to set it up.
