We added an option to notify your colleagues via email when sharing a list. The email triggered to your colleagues includes the client recipients of the list as well as the message you sent.
We now detect URLs in your messages and automatically make them clickable.
With this feature you are able to activate and share your candidates faster as we can now fetch additional data from your candidate records in Bullhorn. The first beta version that is now live allows you to map Bullhorn candidate fields as well as job submission fields to custom fields in Candidately. At the moment this is limited to text based fields, but will soon extended to other field types.
Until now you could only send a message to a client on a candidate if the client initiated the conversation. With this release, you can now send messages to your clients right after sharing a list with them.
We implemented a new client-facing option that allows your clients to share a list with their colleagues after you share it with them. You still receive notifications for your colleagues' actions and can check their activity just like someone that you invited yourself.
We have added a new section to the side menu that allows you to group your lists by its status.
Coming up soon: Group lists in the side menu by client.
This feature hooks into the job status in Bullhorn. You can select whether to pause a list in Candidately when the connected Bullhorn job is closed. It further simplifies the management of your lists and ensures that closed jobs are no longer visible to your clients.

We've implemented an improved text editor that can be used when adding recruiter notes to your candidates. You can now format your text with the following options to make important information stand out, so your clients won't miss it:
You can now use the global candidate status in Bullhorn to set a candidate inactive across all your lists.
For example:
1) A candidate is added to 3 lists in Candidately. If the status in Bullhorn for this candidate switches to "Placed" (Or any other of your selected statuses), the candidate is set to "Inactive" on all 3 lists.
2) The candidate is added to a list in Candidately but gets placed on another job that is not in Candidately - the candidate would still go inactive as we are mapping to the global candidate status in Bullhorn.
This makes the candidate management process easier for you, as it helps ensure that candidates on your lists are still available.
